Why doesn't PayPal add the cost of shipping?

Shipping and handling charges are made after you sign into PayPal. Just sign into PayPal, follow the prompts and shipping will be added. For any problems please email bits@8-bitty.com

Yes, 8-bitty will ship your t-shirt to any country on the planet Earth.

Where do you ship from and how much is shipping?

8-bitty ships t-shirts from Michigan, USA. To ship a t-shirt within the US is $5.61 USD, to Canada is $7.20 USD and to the rest of the world is $10.98 USD.

How long does shipping take?

According to the shipping dudes (USP/S First Class) it should only take 1-3 days within the US, 5-7 to Canada and 10–14 days for international orders. Customs in your country may hold parcels which could extend shipping time. Feel free to email me if it takes much longer, I'll send out my winged zombie hounds to investigate.

What method of payment do you accept?

Anything that paypal accepts such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, yadayada and of course paypal itself.

How secure is your online store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What about refunds and exchanges?

If you've been provided with an incorrect t-shirt or size or if the t-shirt has a fault I'll be happy to exchange it or give you a refund so long as the shirt is unwashed and unworn and it's within 30 days of the purchase date. Send an email to bits@8-bitty.com and let me know what you'd like to do. Please note that 8-bitty won't be able to cover the cost of return postage (the cost of you sending an item back to 8-bitty).

Do your prices include my overseas country's taxes?

Unfortunately 8-bitty is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after a sale is made, typically when the item makes its way through your country's customs. It is the sole responsibility of the international buyer to check local regulations when buying exported goods.

Where are your girl tees and why no 2XL+ in some of your designs?

8-bitty has had to start off small with just a few designs, sizes and just guys tees. After receiving feedback I've started looking into expanding sizes and shirt gender for reprints and new shirts. I'm also thinking about doing scarves for cats.

I've seen other 8-bitty video game t-shirt designs around the internets, why aren't they in your shop?

8-bitty is just run by just one dude trying to live the dream! (I'm going to switch from third person to first person now) I can't wait to expand the 8-bitty online store, there are a stack of other video game t-shirt designs I'm planning to print (including some top secret ones that nobody knows about), I have a few of them on the concepts/coming soon page.
